Upon receiving your Dream Project Contact Form, we’ll schedule a virtual meeting between you and one of our award-winning swimming pool and landscape design consultants. We use this valuable time to listen to you, dream with you, and inspire you. Together, we’ll discuss your preferences, review our portfolio, provide input on designs and features, and consider preliminary pricing.
If you feel comfortable proceeding to the design phase, we’ll collect a non-refundable Design Retainer deposit. This deposit fluctuates depending on the complexity of the project and is fully credited toward the subsequent construction agreement. While our exclusive design will remain the property of SP Construction, LLC, it can be made available for purchase at an average cost (depending on the scope) of about 10% of the proposal price.
Now for the big finish!
Once our design team has immersed themselves in your ideas and aspirations, your Dream Design will be presented. in our Florence, Kentucky showroom. From there, esign details can be modified in person. Your final package will include a detailed proposal, broken down by line item, with photos of similar Shehan Pools projects, and the equipment manufacturers literature.
